Procedure at a glance

Once you have an GP referral for an Orthopaedic consultation we can arrange a foreign appointment. Of course some paperwork is needed but with the GP referral in hand we can start arranging appropriate additional investigations and bring them to the attention of your foreign Consultant.

After approval of the HSE we will set up a meeting with the consultant. You can discuss the treatment options and go through the pro’s and con’s.

After the decision has been made to go the surgical route arrangements will be made for your outward travel, stay, operation, aftercare and travel return.

We also help you in organising your reimbursement from the HSE, which will be secured before the definite go ahead for the procedure.
